Above i have started to work on my masthead. This is just something i came up with on paint.net using the glitter tool. The masthead font itself i produced on word then taking it from word i added it to paint.net to allow me to edit it and use all the different effects. All along, i have wanted to add some form of glittery effect as it would signify to the viewer loads of different connotations in that its fun, pretty, party-esk etc. I think it would go/relate to the masthead itself as it is called 'Glitz'. Also i think in adding this effect it relates to my target audience as it is girly, and fun. The colour also goes with my audience as pink is stereotypical to girls. The font I think comes off very simple and also quite formal but then with the added glitter, it allows the masthead to be a bit of both informal anf formal.
